Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Health Sciences Authority” in paragraph (a)(i), the words “or the Home Team Science and Technology Agency”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or controlled substance” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “, controlled substance or psychoactive substance”.
