Clause 6
Possession and consumption of controlled drug
Except as authorized by this Act or the regulations made thereunder, it shall be an offence for a person to —
(a)
have in his possession a controlled drug; or
(b)
smoke, administer to himself or otherwise consume a controlled drug.
