Regulation 4

Where any person is authorised by a licence issued by the Minister, or such person as he may appoint, under this regulation which is for the time being in force to import or export, manufacture, supply, offer to supply or have in his possession any controlled drug, it shall not be unlawful for that person to import or export, manufacture, supply, offer to supply or have in his possession that drug in accordance with the terms of the licence and in compliance with the conditions attached to the licence.

The fees for licences issued under paragraph (1) shall be as set out in the Seventh Schedule.
