Clause 34

The section numbers in the first column of the Schedule are the section numbers of the principal Act before section 9 comes into force.

Each provision of the principal Act specified in the first column of the Schedule is amended by deleting the cross‑reference in the provision to a provision of the principal Act specified in the second column of the Schedule opposite that provision, and substituting the cross‑reference with a reference to the renumbered provision of the principal Act directly opposite it in the third column of that Schedule.
