Clause 6

Section 4 of the amended principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) To avoid doubt, this section does not prevent the Minister causing any foreign reserve assets that are not moneys comprised in the Government Securities Fund to be disposed of and the proceeds thereof to be applied in accordance with subsection (1).”.
