Amendment of section 33
Section 33 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by re-numbering the existing section as subsection (1); and
(b)
by inserting immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following new subsection: —“(2) Any person reasonably suspected of having committed an offence under subsection (1) of this section who refuses or fails to accompany a police officer when required to do so for the purposes of any investigation under this Ordinance may be arrested without warrant.”.
