Amendment of section 33

Subsection (1) of section 33 of the Moneylenders Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “hundred and fifty” appearing in the eighth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “thousand”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “one” appearing in the twelfth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “five”.
