Regulation 2

In the Moneylenders Rules 2009, in rule 18(1), in the definition of “voluntary welfare organisation”, replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)any organisation that is a sector member as defined in section 2 of the National Council of Social Service Act 1992;”.
