Amendment of section 24
Section 24(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “The Minister” and substituting the words “The appropriate Minister”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)as to the fees to be paid to the Public Trustee for anything to be done under this Act;”.
