Clause 2

Section 8 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-party Risks and Compensation) Ordinance, 1960, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following new subsection: —“(1A) Notwithstanding the provision contained in subsection (1) of this section providing for the payment to the Public Trustee, the right of action thereby created shall vest in the persons entitled to the benefit of the judgment payable thereunder.”.
