Regulation 85A

Where an election is made to apply the Simplified Calculations Safe Harbour under section 20(1)(b) to constituent entities of a sub-group for a financial year, then for the purposes of section 20(2), the part of top-up amounts determined by the formula (H × I) (as described in section 16(4)) for constituent entities of that sub-group for that financial year is treated as nil.
