Regulation 14

The Accountant-General shall cause proper accounts of the Fund to be kept and as soon as may be after 31st December in each year the Accountant-General shall publish a summary of such accounts together with a balance sheet as at 31st December.

All such accounts shall be duly audited and certified by the Auditor-General and shall be published in the Gazette.

Every member shall be entitled to inspect at all reasonable times his account with the Fund and shall be furnished with a statement of his account with the Fund made up to 31st December each year.
