Clause 25
Exemption from tax
The Board shall be exempt from the payment of —
(a)
income tax under the Income Tax Act (Cap. 141);
(b)
property tax under the Property Tax Act (Cap. 144); and
(c)
stamp duty under the Stamp Act (Cap. 147).
