Amendment of section 16

Section 16(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “vehicle” in paragraph (b), the word “, train”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “vehicle” in the last line and substituting the words “vessel, vehicle or train”.
