Clause 11
Medical treatment
The Registrar may, if he thinks fit, disclose to a medical practitioner any individually-identifiable information of a medical nature held by the Registry concerning a person suffering from a reportable disease if the Registrar is satisfied that —
(a)
the medical practitioner is responsible for the treatment and care of that person;
(b)
the disclosure is necessary for the proper treatment of that person; and
(c)
the requisite consent has been given for such disclosure.
