Clause 20
(1)
The accounts of the Corporation shall be kept by a Financial Officer appointed by and responsible to the Corporation.
(2)
All such accounts shall be made up yearly to the 31st day of March and shall be submitted for audit not later than the 31st day of July in every financial year.
