Regulations
(1)
The Corporation may, subject to the approval of the Minister, make such regulations as it may consider necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of its powers, functions and duties including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, regulations with regard to any of the following matters: —
the provision of a common seal and the custody and use thereof;
the manner in which documents, cheques and instruments of any description shall be signed or executed on behalf of the Corporation;
the manner and terms to regulate the use of the National Stadium and other property of the Corporation; and
the fees or other charges to be levied for the use of the National Stadium or part thereof.
(2)
All regulations made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.
