Amendment of section 34

Section 34 of the principal Act is amended ––

(a)

by deleting the words “a nurse specialist” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the words “an Advanced Practice Nurse”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Nurse Specialist Register” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the words “Advanced Practice Nurse Register”.
