Regulation 2
In the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, in the First Schedule, in Part 1 —
(a)
after item 40, insert —“40AA.Offences under sections 3, 9, 9A, 10, 15, 16, 16A, 19B, 19C, 19H and 19I of the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993.”; and
(b)
in item 40A, after “Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act 1993”, insert “(as in force immediately before 1 May 2026)”.
