Regulation 11
Withdrawal of appeal
Subregulation 1
An appellant may, with the Minister’s permission, withdraw the appellant’s appeal at any time before the Minister determines the appeal.
Subregulation 2
Where the Minister grants permission under paragraph (1), the Minister may direct the Appeals Secretary to publish a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal in a manner that will secure adequate publicity to all persons involved in the appeal proceedings.
