Regulation 2
The following provisions of the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 come into operation on 29 June 2026:
(a)
sections 83 and 84;
(b)
Parts 11 and 12;
(c)
Part 13 (except section 97);
(d)
Part 14 (except sections 105 and 106);
(e)
sections 108 and 109;
(f)
the Schedule.
