Regulation 2

The following provisions of the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 come into operation on 29 June 2026:

(a)

sections 2, 3 and 4 and Part 2;

(b)

sections 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14;

(c)

Part 4 (except section 22(3));

(d)

Part 5 (except sections 26(5) and (6), 34, 35 and 36);

(e)

Parts 6 to 9;

(f)

section 111.
