Prescribed online service providers for section 94(8) of Act

For the purposes of section 94(8) of the Act, each of the following is a prescribed online service provider:

(a)

Google LLC, in respect of the following online services:

(i)

YouTube;

(ii)

Google Maps Reviews;

(b)

Meta Platforms, Inc., in respect of the following online services:

(i)

Facebook;

(ii)

Instagram;

(iii)

Threads;

(c)

WhatsApp LLC, in respect of the online service WhatsApp;

(d)

X Corp., in respect of the online service X;

(e)

SPH Media Limited, in respect of the online service HardwareZone Forums;

(f)

TikTok Pte. Ltd.;

(g)

Reddit, Inc.;

(h)

Telegram Messenger Inc.;

(i)

WeChat International Pte. Ltd., in respect of the online service WeChat.
