Clause 7
No person shall be appointed or shall continue to hold office as a member if —
(a)
he is not a citizen or a permanent resident of Singapore;
(b)
he is an undischarged bankrupt;
(c)
he has been convicted in Singapore or elsewhere of any offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude; or
(d)
he is totally or partially incapacitated by a mental or physical disability.
