Clause 5

The Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 4 thereof the following new section: —“Appointment of officers4A. The Minister may appoint, with or without remuneration, a Superintendent of Car Parks and such other officers and servants as may be necessary for the superintending of parking places.”.
