Amendment of section 5

Section 5(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “Minister” in the 1st line and substituting the word “Authority”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “authorise” in the 1st line of paragraph (a) and substituting the word “permit”.
