Clause 6

The Minister may make rules as to the use of parking places and in particular as to the vehicles or class of vehicles which are entitled to use any such parking place and as to the conditions upon, and the times at which, any such parking place may be used. All such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on such publication or on such later date as may be prescribed therein, and a copy of any such rules shall be exhibited on or near any parking place to which the rules relate.

If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any rules made under this Ordinance, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
