Regulation 14

Unauthorised activity in parking place

No person without the prior written permission of the Superintendent shall, within any parking place —

(a)

repair, or permit to be repaired, any vehicle, except in cases where repair is necessary to enable the vehicle to be removed from the parking place;

(b)

use any vehicle for the sale of or for promoting the sale of any goods, article or thing whatsoever;

(c)

wash or clean or cause or permit to be washed or cleaned any vehicle;

(d)

use any vehicle for the conduct of driving lessons or training; or

(e)

carry out or conduct any business or provide any services of whatsoever nature, whether or not for reward.
