Clause 22

The Botanic Gardens Act (Cap. 300), the Trees and Plants (Preservation and Improvement of Amenities) Act, 1970 (Act 59 of 1970), and section 79 and Part V of the Local Government Integration Act (Cap. 210) are hereby repealed.
