Clause 44
(1)
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, parks a vehicle on any green verge or any turfed open space which is managed or maintained by the Board shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
(2)
In this section, “park” means to bring a vehicle to a stationary position or to cause it to wait for any purpose.
