Amendment of Schedule
(1)
The Minister may, after consulting the Board, by order published in the Gazette, amend, add to, vary or revoke the whole or any part of the Schedule.
(2)
Every order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
