Clause 20

Section 69 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) In relation to a candidate at an election in any group representation constituency, the reference to 50 cents for each elector on the register in subsection (1) shall be read as a reference to 50 cents for each elector based on one-third of the number of electors on the register for that constituency.”.
