Clause 24

Section 95 of the principal Act is amended by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Where the election of any Member for a group representation constituency is determined by the Election Judge under subsection (1) to be void, the election of the other two Members for that constituency shall be deemed to be void.”.
