Clause 17
The Third Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)in relation to a candidate at an election in any group representation constituency — an amount equal to $2.50 for each elector on the register for that constituency divided by the number of candidates in each group nominated for that election; or
(b)
in relation to any other candidate — an amount equal to $2.50 for each elector on the register.”.
