Amendment of section 74
Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)all payments made by the election agent;”;
(b)
by deleting subsections (1A), (2A) and (4A); (c)by deleting the words “respectively in Forms 19 and 20” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “in Form 19”; and
(d)
by deleting the words “subsection (1), (2) or (2A)” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “subsection (1) or (2)”.
