The Indian and Other Minority Communities Committee established under section 27C of the Act (referred to in these Regulations as the Committee) shall meet for the despatch of business at such times and places as the Chairperson of the Committee may from time to time appoint.

Unless any member of the Committee objects, the Committee may despatch business without meeting in person if the Chairperson of the Committee so directs.
