Amendment of section 63
Section 63 of the Patents Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “shall” in the fourteenth line of subsection (1), the words “, subject to sections 65A to 65C,”; and
(b)
by deleting subsections (3) to (10).
