Clause 15

by inserting, immediately after the words “mortgage of” in subsection (3)(b) and (c), the words “, or grant of any other security interest in,”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) Provision may be made by rules as to the amendment, alteration or removal from the register of any particulars in the register relating to any transaction, instrument or event referred to in subsection (3).”.
