Where, by virtue of rule 52(3), 58A(4), 74(2), 85(2) or 91(6), any notice is required to be supported by a statement or evidence, such a statement or evidence shall be filed on, or within 14 days after, the date on which the notice is given.

Where, by virtue of rule 53(1), 73(1) or 108(5), any application is required to be supported by a statement or evidence, such a statement or evidence shall be filed on, or within 14 days after, the date on which the application is made.
