Material information prescribed under section 80(1)(f)(iii)

The material information for the purposes of section 80(1)(f)(iii) shall be —
(a)
any prescribed information referred to in —
(i)
repealed section 29(2)(c)(ii) or (d)(ii) in force immediately before 14th February 2014; or
(ii)
repealed section 29(5) in force immediately before 1st July 2004;
(b)
any prescribed documents referred to in section 29(1)(c) or (d); and
(c)
where the prescribed information or prescribed documents referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) includes any document that is not in English, the English translation of such document that was filed.
