Pawnbroker’s obligations when goods redeemed

Clause 59
(1)
When a pledge is redeemed, a pawnbroker must —
(a)
issue a receipt to the person redeeming the goods; and
(b)
cancel the pawn ticket.
(2)
The receipt must be in such form as the Registrar may specify.
