Clause 8
Duration of licence
(1)
A licence takes effect on the date it is granted.
(2)
Unless a licence earlier lapses or is revoked, the licence has effect until —
(a)
31 December of the year in which it is granted; or
(b)
such other date as the Registrar may specify.
