Amendment of Schedules

Clause 82
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First, Second or Third Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
An order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
