Clause 6

Section 103(3) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)may relate to all, or any class, category or description of persons or payment services, and may make different provisions for different classes, categories or descriptions of persons or payment services or to a particular person or payment service;”.
