Amendment of Financial Advisers Act
Section 2(1) of the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110, 2007 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (e) of the definition of “prescribed written law” and substituting the following paragraph:“(e)Payment Services Act 2019;”.
