Amendment of Securities and Futures Act
Section 2(1) of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289, 2006 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (f) of the definition of “prescribed written law” and substituting the following paragraph:“(f)Payment Services Act 2019;”.
