Amendment of section 435
Section 435 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “to the amount of $50 or upwards”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage”.
