Regulation 4

The Medal shall be silver-gilt and shall consist, on the obverse side, of a four-lobed artifice with radiating lines superimposed upon 2 crossed swords. In the centre of the artifice, there shall be a five-pointed star encircled by a laurel wreath. At the base of the artifice, there shall be a scroll with the inscription “PINGAT GAGAH PERKASA”. The reverse side of the Medal shall bear the State Arms.
