Regulation 5

The Medal shall be silver-gilt and shall consist, on the obverse side, of a four-lobed artifice superimposed upon 2 crossed swords. In the centre of the artifice, there shall be a five-pointed star on a red enamelled background encircled by a laurel wreath in green enamel. At the base there shall be a scroll with the inscription “PINGAT KEHORMATAN”. The reverse side of the Medal shall bear the State Arms
