Amendment of section 27

Section 27 of the Pioneer Generation Fund Act 2014 is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) However, the means of a Pioneer are irrelevant when prescribing in regulations —

(a)

any cash grant to Pioneers referred to in section 16(1)(a) or (b);

(b)

the maximum proportion or maximum amount for any subsidy referred to in section 16(1)(c) or (d); or

(c)

any reimbursement grant referred to in section 16(2).”.
